Our Commitment
Every unit is produced with commercial-grade materials and goes through multi-stage inspection and pre-shipment testing before dispatch, so your products arrive ready for commercial operation.
Up to 3-Year Warranty
Warranty coverage is set per product line rather than applied as a single site-wide number, because a 0.55mm advertising tent and a 0.9mm commercial bounce house do not carry the same service life. All coverage is against material and workmanship defects under normal commercial use. If a covered issue occurs, our team provides repair guidance, troubleshooting support and spare parts assistance so your product returns to service quickly.
