From order to delivery, what happens to your inflatable at TONLE?
When sourcing commercial inflatables online, you can review quotations, photos and design renderings. But once you place an order, how does a drawing become a finished product? And as an overseas buyer, how can you follow its production and inspection?
Today, we take you inside the TONLE factory to follow a product through the manufacturing process.
01 Understand Your Needs Before Design Begins
The right design starts with where the product will be used. You may want to adjust the size and colors of an existing model, or create a custom slide, obstacle course or complete inflatable park to suit your site.
We first discuss your intended use, dimensions, theme and accessory requirements. Our design team then develops a proposal. Beyond appearance and colors, we consider how the different areas connect, where entrances and exits should go, and whether the design will work at your actual site. Production begins only after the design is confirmed.
02 Individual Pieces of Material Take Shape
In the workshop, reinforced PVC fabric is cut according to the drawings, and themed graphics are printed. The cut pieces are then sewn or heat-welded together to form a three-dimensional structure.
These steps shape the finished product and affect how it performs in use. Cutting accuracy, graphic placement, seams and areas under stress all require checks throughout production. TONLE selects the appropriate manufacturing methods for each product structure and reinforces stress points.

03 Inflate the Product and Check the Finished Result
It is difficult to judge an inflatable’s final shape while it is folded. Once production is complete, we inflate it at the factory to verify its dimensions, appearance, structure and graphics, and check the relevant accessories.
Our quality-control process also includes a 48-hour airtightness test, along with structural, load-bearing and other checks. Before shipment, photos and videos of the finished product let overseas customers see the actual inflated result, beyond the design rendering.

04 Check the Order and Pack for Shipment
After inspection, we verify the blowers and accessories included in the order. The product is then folded, bagged, packed and loaded into a shipping container. Photos, videos and records from production and shipment also provide a reference for future checks.
For customers running an ongoing business, delivery is not the end of our work together. Retained production patterns and material records help us locate the right information more quickly when you need accessories, repair support or another order of the same model. These continued partnerships also contribute to TONLE’s repeat purchase rate of over 80% among existing customers.

Through design, material selection, manufacturing, inspection and shipment, an inflatable gradually moves from an idea to a finished product. We hope this look inside the factory gives you a clearer understanding of what happens behind your order.
If you are planning an inflatable product, send us your ideas, reference images or site dimensions. Let’s discuss how to bring your plan to life.
